1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and IndexedDB. They may support application data, security, preferences, analytics or marketing, depending on their use.
2. The public-site code
The public pages do not intentionally set tracking cookies or include advertising, marketing or visitor-analytics integrations. Fonts, icons and published portraits are served from this site. The public Contact enquiry preview does not save or transmit an enquiry. The separate Our People test form and admin preview use IndexedDB for browser-local team enquiries, routing, bank replies and portrait overrides, so these test records survive reloads and navigation. Nothing is delivered by email. Clear team test data in the admin preview, or clear this site’s browser data, to remove local test records. Owner-approved default portraits are public site assets and are not removed by that local reset.
3. Hosting and security services
Cloudflare Pages hosts this preview. Infrastructure or security features may process requests or introduce necessary cookies depending on provider configuration. A verified provider cookie inventory, purpose, duration, and configuration review are to be confirmed. The separate existing client application is outside the scope of this public-site draft.
4. Your choices
You can review or delete cookies and site data through your browser settings. Blocking necessary browser functions or security cookies may affect availability. This preview does not ask for consent to optional tracking because the public-site code introduces none.
5. Future changes
Any future analytics, marketing, preference storage, or enquiry provider must be reviewed before activation. This notice and any required consent controls must be updated before optional tracking is introduced. The current draft date is shown on this page.
