Our perspective
Business digital access
An intended digital approach distinguishing information access from authority to issue instructions.
Roles
Make responsibilities explicit.
A business may require several people to work with financial information. Permission to review a record does not necessarily imply authority to approve or submit an instruction.
Records
Make decisions understandable later.
A useful record should identify the information available, the instruction given and the stage it reached. Consistent terminology matters when people with different responsibilities review the same event.
Development
An interface is not an account.
The digital work remains in development. The dashboard contains simulated information and does not provide business account access or payment execution.
